The Streamlight TLR-7 Sub Tactical Light delivers 500 lumens with a 1.5-hour runtime for GLOCK 43X MOS, 48 MOS, 43X Rail, and 48 Rail handguns with slim mounting rails. It features ambidextrous operation, an ergonomic rear switch, strobe, Safe Off function, waterproof aluminum construction, and secure side mounting.
The Streamlight TLR-7 Sub Tactical Light provides 500 lumens of compact weapon-mounted illumination for GLOCK slimline pistols equipped with compatible mounting rails. This configuration fits the GLOCK 43X MOS, 48 MOS, 43X Rail, and 48 Rail, making model-specific compatibility one of its primary advantages.
The TLR-7 Sub produces 500 lumens with a runtime of approximately one and a half hours. Its output is designed to provide substantial white-light illumination while maintaining a compact format suitable for the slimmer profile of compatible subcompact handguns.
Strobe capability adds another operating option beyond standard illumination. A Safe Off feature helps reduce the possibility of unintended activation during storage or transport.
An ergonomic rear switch places the controls toward the back of the light for accessible operation. The system is ambidextrous, allowing the light to be activated from either side.
The TLR-7 Sub uses secure side mounting and includes a mounting kit with key for installation on compatible slim rail systems. This fitted approach is designed specifically around supported GLOCK 43X and 48 configurations rather than broader full-size rail compatibility.
Power comes from one included CR123A battery. The black aluminum housing is waterproof and provides a durable foundation for regular mounted use.
The Streamlight TLR-7 Sub is built around stronger illumination for GLOCK slimline rail pistols. Its 500-lumen output, 1.5-hour runtime, rear ambidextrous controls, Safe Off feature, strobe, and secure side-mounting system make it distinct from lower-output trigger-guard lights intended for the same general subcompact market.
